Water-irrigated fire curtain
It is a water-irrigated fire curtain used for controlling and compartmentalizing spaces in the event of a fire. It is an automated system designed to guarantee integrity, thermal insulation, and smoke tightness for more than 180 minutes at temperatures of 1000ºC.
Protective purpose:
- Temperature on the unexposed side below 140ºC (insulation).
- Fire resistance 180 minutes at temperatures above 1000ºC (integrity)
- Large dimensions up to 22000 × 17000 mm (width/height)
Characteristics:
- The system is constructed from technical fabric made of E-glass fiber reinforced with Inconel steel and coated on both sides with a fire-retardant polyurethane compound.
- Irrigation system with open nozzles activated by a solenoid valve, or with closed sprinklers activated by a thermal fuse.
